Booking Deposits
- To guarantee your booking we request a credit card number or deposit
of $200.
- If paying by Direct Deposit, Bank or Personal Cheque the balance
of the money is payable 14 days prior to arrival.
- Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa will be charged the day before arrival.
Bond
- Your credit card will also be authorised for the amount of $500 being a
bond. This will only be processed if the house has suffered any damage or
requires excessive amount of cleaning. If this is necessary you will be contacted
before payment is deducted.
Cancellation Policy
- If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival or you do not
arrive on the booked date, full payment of the booking will be charged to
your credit card.
- If the property is re-let you will be issued with a refund, less
administration fee of $25.
- Deposits may be transferred to another date, if cancelled before 14 days
of arrival.
- By supplying your credit card details to guarantee the booking,
you therefore agree to us charging deposits and other charges as described
above, to
your credit card.
- Booking may not be shortened or cancelled after arrival.
Conditions
- The house is on a septic system. Do not put any harsh chemicals, foreign
items including sanitary into the system. If a blockage occurs as a result
of this, you will be charged with the repair costs.
- The number of persons sleeping on the property is not to exceed the number
stated in the booking.
- Please be conscious of excessive noise you may create. Police may be
called if neighborhood disruption occurs.
- Animals or pets are not permitted on the premises.
- A garbage bin has been provided for your use. If you are at the property
on a Sunday night please put the bin out for collection by 9am
Monday (wheels to face the property). Excess rubbish however is your
responsibility
to
remove and can be taken to the Yankalilla Dump. Do not leave
plastic bags of rubbish outside, as dogs may get into them.
- Departure time is 10am, however please let us know
if you would like this later and we will do our best to accommodate you.
